Senior Project Manager IT Development - Basel - Switzerland
Salary: CHF £100,000 - £140,000 Swiss Francs per annum Bonus

Senior Project Manager Finance & Pharmaceutical IT
Job purpose
Responsible for the IT Development & Migration Enterprise Projects & managing 50 team.
Major accountabilities
Manages and represents the project from start-up to completion.
Responsible for achieving the project objectives.
Plans and organizes the project, allocates internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
Leads the project staff/external resources.
Manages quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.
Reports project status to the Steering Committee.
Compliance to the ICE methodology.
Qualifications
Education:University degree in business administration/finance/IT and/or comparable business experience.
Project Management Qualifications
Must have very good written and spoken English.
Highly desirable but not essential knowledge of other languages (e.g. French)
Experience & skills:
5-10 years' experience in Project Management, Finance and/or Microsoft Stack or SAP.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP or other ERPs.
Capability to think strategically.
Proven communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into reliable IT solutions and processes.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Excellent change management skills and ability to push back whenever necessary.
Capability to work in a large, multi-cultural and complex global matrix environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
