Outlook Offlinemodus Exception Culture is not supported

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Problem mit der Offline Funktion beim Outlook Client CRM 2015. Wenn ich auf "Offline gehen" klicke, sind meine Offline Daten für die ersten zwei Minuten verfügbar. Aber nach den 2 Minuten verschwinden meine offline Daten und bekomme im Fenster wo die Ansichten sein sollten, diese Fehlermeldung:
Culture is not supported
Systementitäten sowohl auch Benutzentitäten haben den gleichen Fehler.
Ich habe lange gegoogelt, die Lösungen im Netz haben leider nicht geholfen. Danke für eure Hilfe.
Meine Systemdaten, On-Premise Installation:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (7.0.0.3543)
Microsoft Office Outlook mit Offlinezuguriff (7.0.0.3543) + Update 0.1 (aber hatte das Problem auch vor dem Update)
Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (Version: 12.0.2000.8)
Beide Anwendungen CRM und Outlook Client sind auf dem gleichen Rechner installiert und es gab bis jetzt keine Probleme.
