Hallo zusammen,

kann mir jemand auf Deutsch übersetzen was der Kunde damit meint!!

If the return order has a monitory impact grater than €X or X% (value to be confirmed) then it has to be authorised by Finance. (Om will be inserting the original invoice number so Navision can calculate the monitory impact by comparing both).
Otherwise the CM can be approved by an OM supervisor.

The authoriser will receive an e-mail notifying them of the return order awaiting action. The e-mail should contain a direct link to the return order in question.
The return Order will be “released” by the approved authorizer.
OM can verify the status by checking the return order.
OM can post the return order and it becomes a credit memo.

Can we use E-mail notifications that are part of version 4? Or the OM user can send the link via email (standard in version 4)

Das sollte wohl eher heißen :
monetary impact greater than = finanzielle Auswirkung größer als

OM = Office Manager ( hier : Vorgesetzter)
CM = Credit Memo ( Gutschrift)
